Living Multiculturalism during COVID explores the complexity of multiculturalism in Canada during the COVID-19 pandemic, intertwining the stories of characters from diverse communities such as Sikhs, Muslims, Christians, Jews, and Hindus. Through episodes of everyday life and family conflicts, political tensions, and personal reflections, the book highlights both the solidarity and divisions that emerge in a multicultural society under pressure, addressing issues such as racism, identity, discrimination, international politics, and the role of the media. Each character offers a different point of view, each relationship and interaction a true interpretation and a critical and realistic look at social and cultural dynamics, showing how the pandemic has accentuated the challenges of integration and coexistence among minorities, but also the opportunities for dialogue and change.
