Why do you feel exhausted at the end of the day? Why do some people seem energized while handling twice your workload?
And what if the real problem isn’t how much you’re doing — but how you’re doing it?
In today’s world, we are always “on.” We move from meeting to meeting, task to task, goal to goal — yet at the end of the day we feel drained, unfocused, and strangely unfulfilled.
We try productivity hacks, time-management systems, and bursts of motivation. Still, something doesn’t click.
The truth is simple: you don’t need another
tool.
You need a better internal system.
In Human Is the New Power, the author introduces the SUPER Method — a practical, structured framework designed to unlock your full potential by upgrading the human operating system behind your performance.
Blending neuroscience, performance psychology, and real-world coaching experience, the SUPER Method translates complex principles into clear, actionable strategies you can apply immediately. You’ll learn how to generate sustainable energy instead of running on willpower, how to increase efficiency without burning out, and how to align your actions with who you truly are.
This is not about doing less.
It’s about doing more with less effort.
This book is for entrepreneurs, leaders, managers, athletes, and ambitious professionals who know they are capable of more. It’s for anyone who wants sharper focus, stronger execution, deeper alignment, and lasting vitality.
Because in a world increasingly driven by machines, your greatest advantage is not being faster.
It’s being more fully human.
Germano Giansante is an Executive Mental Performance Coach, entrepreneur, and expert in mental performance and identity transformation. He is the founder of My Habits Coaching Academy, where he develops practical protocols that help high-performing individuals create sustainable energy, clarity, and results.
At seventeen, Germano was diagnosed with autoimmune arthritis and told he might never walk again. That moment became the beginning of a lifelong exploration of the mind-body connection, resilience, and human potential. He rebuilt his body, completed triathlons, and learned to perform under pressure.
While studying in Italy, Germano earned a scholarship to continue his academic journey in the United States. After returning to Italy, he completed his studies and graduated cum laude in Sociology with a focus on high-performance psychology. He later worked as a manager at Mercedes-Benz and as an advisor at Maastricht University before shifting fully into coaching.
Today, he works with athletes, executives, and entrepreneurs to redesign identity, habits, and energy systems—so performance becomes a natural expression of who they are.
