ELWIN CROXSFORD AND THE LAND OF SHARDANA – Max Murgia

The story is set in a fantasy world that reflects the author’s biographical roots of the marvellous Italian island of Sardinia with its mysterious glimpses of sacred groves and perennial springs, mixed with Celtic and Nordic lore coming from the author’s life experience abroad.
A group of teenagers go through their lives grasping the essence of a form of a powerful weapon, fighting forces of evil and darkness.
The reader will be transported to the magical land of Shardana, experiencing all the courage and loyalty of the group in this amazing tale.

Max Murgia was born in the beautiful island of Sardinia in 1969. He isn’t the only bookworm of the family, his mother – Cordeddu Giorgina – is already an accomplished writer in Italy.
He studied Fine Art in Cagliari and Graphic Design in London.
Also, in his spare time he does paintings and sculptures of Dark Art and he’s a self-proclaimed Bio-Mechanical Artist with one of his works being shortlisted at the Summer Exhibition in the Royal Academy of Arts in London in 2008, and one of his early works located in a private collection in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Some of his other paintings, are being published in other books, like in “Planet Earth” in 2009.
